Almost all Call Pad issues will come from a poor WiFi/internet connection. If your connection is weak, Call Pad may not reflect changes to the dashboard, communicate with other tablets, or allow you to log in. Please check that your tablet is connected to WiFi and your WiFi is connected to the internet before proceeding with other troubleshooting steps.
Can't see all the therapist buttons on your dashboard? One may have been accidentally hidden.
Go to ⚙︎ > Edit Therapist List within the Call Pad app. There is an "eye" button next to each name. If there is a line through the eye, that therapist is currently hidden. Tap the eye again to reveal the button on your dashbaord.
If two tablets on the same system display different buttons on the dashboard, the problem may be with either of the tablets. In this case, its tough to tell if one tablet isn't properly sending information or if the other isn't properly receiving it. In this case, troubleshoot both tablets with the following measures:
• Ensure both tablets are connected to Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi is connected to the internet.
• Make sure the Call Pad app on both tablets has all updates downloaded from the app store.
• Completely restart the Call Pad app twice. On Android tablets, tap the square button on the bottom menu, then swipe up on the app to close it entirely. Open the app again from your tablet homescreen. Do this twice on each device. This downloads and installs any smaller Call Pad updates.
• Restart the tablets. Power them the whole way down and then turn them back on. On Android tablets, this is done by holding the on/off button on the side of the tablet and pressing "Restart" on the screen.
If your tablet isn't making alert sounds when the status of a dashboard button is changed to on or Send Back Patient, make sure the sound on your tablet is turned the whole way up before following these steps:
• Restart the tablet. Power it the whole way down and then turn it back on. On Android tablets, this is done by holding the on/off button on the side of the tablet and pressing "Restart" on the screen.

If one of your tablets won't let you log in, try all of the following:
• Ensure tablet is connected to Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi is connected to the internet.
• Make sure the Call Pad app has all updates downloaded from the app store.

If none of your tablets will let you log in and you've already created an account through Call Pad and your internet connection is fine, there may be an account issue. Ensure you're using the correct Clinic Email and Password. If this still doesn't work, try to reset your password with the "Reset it here" button above the password input.
Submit a ticket below with a description of the issue and how you tried to fix it.
Note that issues with tablets other than those we recommend in our Self Install Guide may be difficult to troubleshoot.
